Prices and Promotions

Our web exclusive prices are applied on the condition that the ordering process was in fact autonomous. Administrative costs may be charged for any order placed outside the website or for interventions on our part during the ordering process.

The prices indicated could be modified at any moment.

Approval

Once the order is placed, you certify that you have approved the visual at Step 1 as final.
The production process is then automatic: any change can lead to additional costs.

Delivery times

Delivery time is calculated once the artwork is approved and/or upon receipt of the order.
Once the artwork is approved and/or the order is received, production work starts. Please allow 5 business days + delivery time.
Orders containing only inventory products will be shipped within 2 business days.
Photo contouring can take up to 1 full business day upon receiving the order.

Shipping and returns

The customer is responsible of verifying the condition of the products. In case the products are damaged, the customer must refuse the parcel and write his damage claim on the delivery receipt.
Super Impression cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery caused by the delivery company.
For any other situation or problem excluding damages during delivery, you are required to notify us within 30 days after the reception of your order to get a replacement or refund.

Data and Privacy

Information and data concerning Customers are necessary to fulfil orders and for commercial relations. The Customer undertakes not to use the identity of another person and not to use a false name. The data will be retained in the Customer's personal account. This recorded data allows the Customer to make orders and perform transactions with increased ease.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer accepts that his contact details may be used for marketing purposes by Super Impression Inc. Notwithstanding the above, Super Impression Inc. undertakes not to disclose or sell any information of any kind whatsoever concerning the Customer to third parties.

Warranty

Super Impression offers a 2 year warranty on the poles, anchors and hardware for any breakage or damage caused by normal usage. All prints made on coroplast for indoor and outdoor use have a 2 year warranty on adhesion and discoloration.
