When we receive the approval and/or payment. After 2:30pm, the order will be treated on the following day. Production delays are only counted on business days, from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted.

Delivery delays

Delivery delays are calculated once the approval of the art work and/or payment has been made. Once both of these have been received, the production begins. A 4-5 day production delay can be expected once the order has begun, plus one extra day for delivery.

Shipping and returns

Orders that have been placed at Super Impression and have been paid for by credit card will be shipped within 4-5 business days.

Certain products we carry are exclusively stock items. In the event of stock shortage, the delivery could exceptionally be delayed. In such a case, you will be informed by telephone or by e-mail. Your order will always be treated and prepared with the utmost care in order to guarantee the quality of our products upon delivery.

It is the clients’ responsibility to verify the state of the products upon delivery. In case of damage, the client must refuse the parcel and to note on the delivery slip the reason for the refusal.

Super Impression is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping companies.


In the unfortunate case of a mistake in your order, despite our best efforts, we will take care of the shipping fees back to our plant and the ones to re-send the corrected order.

All returns for reasons not stated on the delivery slip will be refused. In order to be accepted, the return must be pre-approved by Super Impression.
